National Take A Walk In The Park Day is observed annually on March 30th. After a long busy week, a calming and therapeutic way to relax is a nice, leisurely walk in the park.
Taking a walk at Maplewood’s historic Memorial Park is an excellent way to clear one’s mind from stress, re-energize and at the same time, improve health.
Conservancy members Lara Tomlin and Deborah Lyons, along with trusty mascot Dino, will be starting their stroll through the park beginning at 10 am on Saturday, at the Flagpole near the train station on Dunnell Rd.
