We’ll give a quick review of the past year, share our plans for the new year, and our landscape consultant, Jennifer Ryan, will give a preview of a new project for the Valley St. border. Bird Watching

Our regular bird watching walks have become a popular and different way to explore the park. Our next event will be on Saturday April 30 from 7 to 9 am. Watch this space, Instagram and Facebook for more details.

Painters in the Park

Set up your easel and capture the beauty of the park, or stroll around and enjoy seeing the work of local artists on Saturday May 7 (rain date May 8). For more information, contact LaraTomlin.art@gmail.com

History walk and celebration of the 200th birthday of Frederick Law Olmsted, the father of American landscape architecture and the father of the Olmsted Brothers, who were involved in the early designs for Memorial Park.

Dedication of the Flagpole Hill park entry triangle, the capstone of our multi-year landscaping project.
